Safe Zone PH helps you find the nearest safe zone and the road to take during disasters, and shows LGU DRRMC contacts. It is a free public-safety app.
When you tap Locate Me, the app reads your device location on your device only to compute the nearest safe zones. Your location is not collected, stored, or transmitted to iONTEK or any server we control. If you tap Road to take or Go, you are handed to your map application (e.g., Google Maps), whose own privacy policy applies.
We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, contacts, photos, identifiers, or usage analytics. The app has no accounts and no login.
Map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap and EOX (Sentinel-2 imagery); hazard maps from UP NOAH; flood extent from Copernicus GFM. These providers may see your IP address as part of standard web requests, governed by their policies. Charging, navigation, and phone-call links open external apps.
The app caches its own files and recently viewed map tiles on your device (service worker) so it works offline. You can clear this at any time via your browser or by uninstalling the app.
The app is intended for the general public and does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
Processing is on-device only and consistent with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). No personal information is transferred to iONTEK.
